Q: What other garments do you offer other than t-shirts?

We can source and print on pretty much anything textile based and flat!

Q: Which brands of shirt do you supply?

Most popular brands we use are Gildan, American Apparel, Fruit of the Loom, Continental Clothing but we can get a load of other brands. If you want it, just ask!

Q: I don’t have the money now, Can I pay after I receive the t-shirts?

NO... we don’t offer this service, all customers pay 100% of the order prior to any work being undertaken. Unless agreed before hand.

Q: what is your usual turn around?

Our usual turn around is between 7 - 10 days from date of payment, but can vary depending how busy the studio is. If you have a deadline, then please let us know before ordering and we will see if its possible.

Q: Do you do embroidery?

Yes, however if your interested please get in touch. we normally specialise in screen printed textiles

Blackbird Press Studio are committed to offering the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction as possible. Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

As everything we print is custom made we cannot offer a return unless the order is :

Product does not match the order.

The product is faulty

if the product (s) delivered does not match the order please contact us via email outlining the problem the problem and we will arrange the return of said goods.

If the goods have problems relating to quality of the print such as mis-print or fault on the garment then a photograph as well as a description of the problem please email blackbirdpressstudio@gmail.com for our sales team to assess.

ANY PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER SHOULD BE OUTLINED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS...

SHORTAGES, NON DELIVERY & COMPLAINTS

No liability for alleged shortages of delivery or non delivery of goods will be accepted by blackbird press unless claims are noted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaints need to be made in writing within 12 days of receipt of said goods

If the problem relates to a production issue at Blackbird press studio the an re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. Or credit for the loss of the t-shirt.

Following return of the faulty goods a thorough inspection will take place, which Blackbird Press will deem weather the return goods are valid.

Delivery.

Please note that we can not accept liable responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service, nor can we accept any consequential loss /damage incurred by the delivery/ courier service.

Payment

Unless agreed all invoices are payable in full immediately

Copyright

When Ordering the Client accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed that you are the owner and have permission to reproduce such artwork files.

Offensive material

Blackbird Press may refuse to print or produce any print if it feels the images or content are deemed to be off Offensive material or insight hatred

For 50 garments - Add £1.80 for 1 colour print or £3.10 for 2 colour print (per garment)
For 100+ garments - Add £1 for 1 colour print or £1.50 for 2 colour print.
For 200+ garments - Add 90p for 1 colour print or £1.30 for 2-4 colours

Washouts - £12 - Charged for washing out screens on a colour change

Two Wounded Birds

The studio has been busy this week in preparation to printing the t-shirts for Two Wounded Birds. We really enjoyed printing these t-shirts and are more then happy with the results. I hope to be doing some more work with them in the future.

The t-shirts where a 2 colour print, Red base and a black outline on top. They where all printed on white Gildan soft-style and then folded by my lovely assistant "Nicole"

Two Wounded Birds.. Sand, sea and surf-inspired songs from a rundown Victorian paradise..

Formed in the late, sultry Summer of 2008, Two Wounded Birds are kids by the sea, making music inspired from the haze of their childhood. Long drives with Beach Boys compilations in the tape decks. Dad dropping Chess Records and Link Wray on the record deck of a Sunday morning. Afternoon showings of Grease on TV.

Not much in the way of culture has come out of Margate for a long long time. Aside from Tracy Emin, the town is more renowned for its decrepit streets and state of disrepair than the idyllic seaside resort of which it was once known. But those Summer dreams have never deserted the place, and a trip to Margate beach in hot sunshine remains as tantalising a treat as it ever has, as long as you’re looking out to sea. That feeling, that moment, that wanting is present in the songs of Two Wounded Birds. After all, home is always where the heart is..
